James Toal

James Toal is an experienced restaurant manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at The Capital Grille since March 2023. Prior roles include General Manager at Patsy's Pizzeria, where leadership contributed to record sales post-COVID, as well as extensive tenures at Xaviar's Restaurant Group, Umami Burger, and Brasserie Les Halles, among others. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, James has demonstrated strong strategic planning and operational management skills, overseeing high revenue establishments and consistently achieving guest satisfaction and profitability targets. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Maine.
