Peter Menard is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-volume restaurant management. Currently serving as the Executive Chef Partner at The Capital Grille since September 2008, Peter oversees a successful restaurant generating 11-12 million dollars in sales and manages a kitchen staff of 25 team members. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Executive Chef and Regional Chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House from November 1993 to September 2008, where Peter led the highest gross sales and volume restaurant in the company while managing a team of 30 kitchen staff members.
