Ricardo Canizalez

Ricardo Canizalez is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Executive Chef Partner at Darden since February 2021, Ricardo has previously held significant positions, including Executive Sous Chef at Morrison Healthcare from August 2016 to August 2021, and Executive Chef at Bennigan’s from September 2015 to July 2016. Other notable roles include Executive Chef at Tun Tavern Restaurant, Assistant Chef at Ballamor Golf Club, and Sous Chef at Golden Nugget and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. With a high school education from Atlantic City High, completed in 1999, Ricardo possesses extensive expertise in culinary management and kitchen leadership.
