Sydney Folsom currently serves as a Senior Broker at 5280 Living since September 2022 and has been working as a Bartender at The Capital Grille since September 2021. Previous experience includes positions as a Bartender at Roger's Liquid Oasis and ChoLon Restaurant Concepts, as well as Lead Bartender at The Patio at Sloans and various roles in hospitality including Server and Hostess. Sydney's career in the food and beverage industry began in 2014, with extensive experience in bartending and serving across multiple establishments. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant/Food Services Management, and Beverage Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2017, along with a diploma from Shrewbury High School.
