Rachel Baron

Rachel Baron is an experienced professional in venue operations and personnel management within the music industry. Currently serving as Head of Venue Operations at Brooklyn Bowl since January 2013 and The Capitol Theatre since January 2017, Baron also holds the position of Chief Personnel Officer and Head of Venue Operations at Dayglo Presents while managing a variety of venues and events. Additionally, Baron is the Chief People Officer at Relix Media Group and a Founding Partner at Hear & There, a collective focused on music and media marketing. Previous roles include Co-Managing Partner at doNYC, Vice President of Advertising & Integrated Sales at Zenbu Media, and positions at Condé Nast Media Group Interactive, The New Yorker, and Lehman Brothers. Rachel Baron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida.
