Annette Mason

Annette Mason is the founder of Trilogy Design Works, established in April 2014, focusing on human-centered design thinking and innovative leadership principles. In addition to this role, Annette serves as a community builder and advocate for The Carbon Almanac and as an ambassador for The Purpose Summit 2022. Previous experience includes advisory roles at AdvisoryCloud and executive advisory positions at Moves the Needle. Annette's extensive background also comprises leadership positions at Cubic as Chief Innovation Officer and at BAE Systems in strategic planning and acquisition integration. Annette holds multiple advanced degrees, including an M.S. in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, complemented by various executive education certifications from prestigious institutions.
