Danny Pardoe

Danny Pardoe is an experienced professional in education and employer engagement, currently serving as the Employer Engagement Manager at Kidderminster College since November 2021 and as an Enterprise Adviser for The Careers & Enterprise Company since May 2023. Danny leads a team focused on increasing employer engagement and facilitating connections between local businesses and students. Additional roles include mentoring at Stourport High School for the Power-Up! Mentor Foundation and a longstanding career in teaching Business Studies across various educational institutions. Danny’s educational background includes a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching, as well as degrees in Tourism Business Management and Leisure and Tourism.
