Rachael Chibhaga

Rachael Chibhaga is an experienced careers consultant currently working with The Education People and The Careers & Enterprise Company since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Rachael served as Engagement Manager at Founders4Schools from March 2022 to October 2022. Rachael's earlier experience includes positions as Careers Lead and Deputy Safeguarding Lead, as well as Sixth Form Administration and Admissions Officer at Bennett Memorial Diocesan School from January 2018 to March 2022. Rachael also held the position of General Manager at Hopscotch Shoes from March 2009 to July 2017 and Restaurant Manager at Greene King from October 2003 to April 2009. Rachael Chibhaga holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Edinburgh.
