Madeline Carter

Madeline (Mimi) Carter joined The Carey Group and Carey Group Publishing ("Carey Group") as a partner in 2012. She began her career in the justice field working for the Montgomery County (Maryland) Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, serving as resident supervisor, correctional counselor, and screener for the pre-release center. She oversaw the development of the county’s pretrial services agency and served as the supervisor of its screening unit following implementation.
