The Carey School
Ja'nayi Coleman is an experienced educator currently serving as a Board Member at Field Middle since August 2023, an independent school catering to the academic and developmental needs of boys. In addition, Ja'nayi occupies the role of Three’s Co-Lead Teacher at The Carey School since August 2022. Previous experience includes positions as Preschool Teacher and Three’s Teacher Trainer at Kids Connection Schools from January 2019 to August 2022, and Lead Preschool Teacher at Gatepath from April 2018 to December 2018. Ja'nayi has also held several teaching roles at Bright Horizons from May 2012 to March 2018, including Lead Preschool Teacher and Toddler Teacher. Early career experience encompasses teaching assistant roles at Early Bird Preschool and Cheryl’s Day Care. Ja'nayi is currently pursuing an Early Childhood Education Certificate at Saddleback College, having enrolled in August 2022.
