Darden Bell

Darden Bell-Ramchandran is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as Vice President of Partnership Accounting at The Carlyle Group since April 2021. Previously, Darden held various leadership positions at Fannie Mae from December 2012 to April 2021, including Director of Loan and Real Estate Owned Accounting, where oversight of accounting for approximately 17 million loans and properties totaling $3 Trillion in assets was a key responsibility. Darden’s background also includes significant roles at MorganFranklin Corporation as Director, focusing on financial management and performance improvement, and at Genesys Conferencing as Director of Internal Audit, where the establishment of a new internal audit group and SOX compliance were pivotal. Darden’s career began at Orange Business Services as Regional Audit Manager. Darden holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics from Kenyon College.
