Fabio Sousa

Fabio Sousa serves as Vice President at The Carlyle Group, focusing on Carlyle Europe Technology Partners since January 2022. In addition to this role, Fabio holds positions as a Board Member at SEIDOR and as a Board Observer at Incubeta and LiveU, both of which started in 2023. Previously, Fabio was involved in private equity at The Carlyle Group from April 2017 to August 2020, including serving as a Board Observer for Tempo and Tok&Stok, and participating in M&A activities at Tempo from 2019 to 2020. Fabio also has experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse from February 2014 to March 2016. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from London Business School.
