Manish Taneja

Manish Taneja is a seasoned finance professional with an extensive background in infrastructure credit and structured finance. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director, Deputy Global Head of Infrastructure Credit at The Carlyle Group since 2019, Taneja previously held significant positions at Wells Fargo as Managing Director and Global Head of Loan Syndications & Risk Mitigation from 2013 to 2019, and at WestLB as Managing Director and Global Head of Loan Syndications & Privates from 2002 to 2013. Earlier career experiences include Director of Debt Capital Markets and Vice President of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse (1994-2002) and Senior Financial Analyst at IBM (1991-1994). Taneja holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both earned at Carnegie Mellon University, with the MBA completed in 1991 and the BSc in 1991.
