Nina Waterman

Nina Waterman has over 20 years of experience in global benefits management across various prestigious organizations. At The Carlyle Group, Nina served as Principal and Head of Global Benefits from May 2020 to January 2024, having previously held the position of Vice President of Global Benefits. Prior to this, Nina was the Director of Global Benefits at TwentyEighty from July 2016 to May 2020 and spent nearly a decade at CEB from April 2007 to January 2016, where roles included Director and Associate Director of Global Benefits, as well as HR Generalist for the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in Nina's career, positions at Atlantic Media involved Compensation & Benefits Manager, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, and Compensation and Benefits Associate. Nina holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wake Forest University, earned from August 1997 to May 2001.
