Robert Rosen

Robert Rosen is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Carlyle’s Americas Corporate Private Equity business. Mr. Rosen also oversees the finance and operations of Carlyle Japan and is a member of the Carlyle Japan Investment Committee. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rosen is responsible for overseeing the administration of funds, including fund formation, transaction structuring and execution, financial reporting, investment valuations, compliance management, and investor relations. Mr. Rosen is also a member of Carlyle’s Operating Committee and Risk Committee.

Mr. Rosen joined Carlyle in 2006 and is based in Washington, DC. He received his BS in accounting from American University and his MS in business and management from the University of Maryland.
