Karen Reich

Karen Reich is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer at The Carmelite System, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held several key positions at Bon Secours Mercy Health, including Market President of System Senior Services from 2018 to September 2022 and Chief Executive Officer of System Senior Services from 2007 to 2018. Additionally, Karen served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at Bon Secours St. Petersburg. Karen Reich holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
