Lauren Broadwell

Lauren Broadwell has extensive work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and autism treatment. Lauren has served as a Clinic Director and Consultant at the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment, beginning in 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Alternative Behavior Strategies Inc. in 2019, and served as a Consultant at the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment from 2017 to 2019. Lauren also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Florida State University from 2016 to 2017, and as a Case Manager at the Florida State University Early Childhood Autism Program from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they gained research experience as part of a behavior analysis lab at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and they have held positions as a Sales Associate at Best Buy, a Therapist at The Arc of North Carolina, a Bookseller at The University of North Carolina Wilmington Bookstore, and a Front Office Assistant at Orthos Physical Therapy.

Lauren Broadwell holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, which they earned from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2012 to 2014. Lauren has additional certifications including being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed by the North Carolina Behavior Licensure Board in August 2023, and "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2023.
