April Hughes

April Hughes has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of behavioral health. April has been serving as a Clinic Director at Kind Behavioral Health since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy from June 2022 to November 2022. April also served as a Program Manager (BCBA) at Mosaic Pediatric Therapy from May 2021 to June 2022. Before that, April worked as a Senior BCBA at Access Family Services from December 2020 to April 2021. Their earlier roles include a Behavior Consultant (BCBA) at Priorities ABA from August 2018 to November 2020, an RBT at Priorities ABA from November 2015 to August 2018, and a Behavioral Therapist at Priorities ABA from June 2012 to November 2015.

April Hughes obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2017. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Dare to Lead Trained professional from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution in 2023, as a Licensed Behavior Analyst from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board in 2023, and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in 2018.
