Michelle M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Michelle started their career in 2007 as a Camp Counselor at Wisconsin Badger Camp Inc. Michelle then worked as a Lead Exceptional Children's Teacher at Pontotoc County Schools from 2008 to 2009. Michelle M. then joined Murdoch Developmental Center as a School Educator I from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they worked at Wake County Public School System as an Autism Support Teacher from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, Michelle M. has been associated with the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. Michelle started as a Registered Behavior Technician from 2015 to 2017, then became a Supervisor, Trainer, BCBA from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Michelle M. holds the position of Clinic Director, BCBA at the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment, which they have been serving since January 2020.

Michelle M. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education, Special Education at Blue Mountain College from 2004 to 2008. Michelle then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in 2017 and the Registered Behavior Technician from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in May 2015. Michelle also possesses an NC Educator's License in Special Education (K-12) and General Curriculum (K-6) issued by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Michelle is also trained in Dare to Lead by Dare to Lead™ Trained, obtained in 2023.
