The Human Resources team at The Carpenter Health Network is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and professional development to ensure a supportive and effective work environment. Led by the Vice President of Human Resources, the team includes the Human Resources Director, who oversees HR policies and compliance, and the Corporate Recruiter/Program Manager, who focuses on talent acquisition and onboarding programs. Together, they work to foster a motivated and skilled workforce dedicated to providing optimal patient care across all services offered by the network.
