Rebekah Pacheco Roman has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2004, they started at Walgreens as a Business Management Intern, where they assisted in sales and advertising programs and provided customer service. Rebekah later became an Assistant Manager, overseeing employee development and performance evaluations. As a Market Recruiter, they implemented new recruitment programs and selected potential candidates for the pharmacy.
Rebekah also has experience as an Entrepreneur/Owner of Sweet Boutique by Zoe, where they managed their own business for two years. Additionally, they worked as a Professor of Psychology and Human Relations courses at Atlantic University College.
Currently, Rebekah holds a position at The Carpenter Health Network as the Human Resources Director, where they plan and manages human resources programs, recruits and trains staff, and resolves issues. Prior to this role, they were a Talent Specialist/HR Recruiter at the same organization, responsible for staffing and developing recruitment plans.
Rebekah Pacheco Roman pursued their education in a chronological manner. Rebekah first attended the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus from 2005 to 2010, earning a Master's degree (MA) in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
