Matt Kwasek

Matt Kwasek currently serves as Acquisition Manager at The Carroll Companies since February 2023. As Principal Broker and President of Kwasek Commercial Real Estate since December 2011, Matt has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Previous roles include Affiliate Broker at Cumberland Commercial Partners from January 2011 to December 2011, and Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC from March 2006 to January 2011. Early professional experience includes participation in the Management Development Program at BancorpSouth from June 2004 to February 2005. Matt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Real Estate, Banking & Finance, and Economics from the University of Mississippi, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2004. Education was initiated at Nichols School from 1996 to 2000.
