Rob Haywood

Rob Haywood possesses extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and development, currently holding a position at The Carroll Companies where responsibilities include researching and negotiating property investments for multifamily and mixed-use developments in the Southeast. Previous roles include serving as Vice President at MCube Financial LLC, overseeing loan evaluations and structured investments, and as an Asset Manager at Welltower™ Inc., managing a portfolio of medical office properties. Rob has also worked in investments and finance with Grubb Properties and served as a Fund Manager for The Kenan-Flagler Real Estate Fund. An accomplished professional, Rob began a career in real estate with Borden Real Estate after a successful stint as a professional tennis player. Educational credentials comprise an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Davidson College.
