Gretchen McAuliffe

Gretchen McAuliffe started their career as a Human Resources professional in 1996 at LYCOS, where they held roles such as Sr. Director of Human Resources/Business Partner and Human Resources Manager/Director. During their time at LYCOS, they provided strategic HR consultation, managed employee relations, facilitated reductions in force, conducted market analysis for compensation, and participated in merger and acquisition processes. Gretchen also established core HR functions for a start-up internet organization and grew the business to over 900 employees.
