Carol Daniel Kasbari

Carol Daniel Kasbari, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Associate Director at The Carter Center and a Non-resident Scholar at the Middle East Institute, focusing on Palestinian-Israeli affairs. With a rich background in conflict transformation, Carol has held key positions including Chief Programmes Officer at Generations For Peace and adjunct professor at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University. Carol's expertise spans extensive program development for USG and EU initiatives in diverse regions, including the Middle East and Europe. Carol holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, along with advanced degrees in NGO administration and public policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Recognized for impactful evaluations in peacebuilding, including a notable USAID-funded program, Carol employs innovative methodologies for facilitating conflict transformation and partnership development.
