Denise Masak has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Denise is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Casino at Dania Beach since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Calder Casino from March 2014 to August 2020, and as a Human Resources Generalist from May 2014 to February 2020. Before joining Calder Casino, Denise served as the Operations Manager at Seminole Tribe of Florida from August 2008 to April 2014. Denise also worked as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at National Beverage Corp from April 2007 to July 2008, and as the Human Resources Benefits Manager from December 2005 to February 2007, and as the Human Resources Coordinator from April 2005 to November 2005 at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Denise has previous experience in the human resources field as well, having worked at Miami HEAT as a Human Resources professional from April 2004 to March 2005. Additionally, they have experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at The National Hotel as a Front Office Agent from April 2003 to April 2004, at Hotel Jardín Tropical as a Guest Service Intern from May 2002 to August 2002, and at Hilton as a Front Office Intern from May 2001 to August 2001.

Denise Masak, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has a solid educational background in the field of Human Resources. Denise pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from Capella University, completing their studies in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University in 2005.
