Kelly Maxwell

Kelly Maxwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and sales. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager and Account Manager at The Cason Group, Inc. since July 2021, Kelly is responsible for managing cases and maintaining relationships with agents and group administrators. Prior experience includes over a decade at Dillard's Department Store, where roles spanned from Area Sales Manager, overseeing sales and staff development, to Assistant Buyer, focusing on merchandise selection and inventory management. Additional roles in retail, such as Management Intern and Bridal Fashion Specialist, provided foundational skills in customer service and visual merchandising. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing with a focus on Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina.
