Alicia Aquino, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia most recently served as the Director of HR & Operations at The Castle Group starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Manager at the same company from April 2019 to April 2022. Alicia also worked as an Office Manager + Executive Assistant from August 2018 to April 2019, and as an Office Administrator + Executive Assistant from August 2017 to July 2018.
