Alicia Aquino

Alicia Aquino, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia most recently served as the Director of HR & Operations at The Castle Group starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Manager at the same company from April 2019 to April 2022. Alicia also worked as an Office Manager + Executive Assistant from August 2018 to April 2019, and as an Office Administrator + Executive Assistant from August 2017 to July 2018.

Before their time at The Castle Group, Alicia worked as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory from April 2014 to May 2019. Alicia also served as an Executive Assistant at Family Practice Associates from September 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Lead Teacher at Bright Horizons from March 2014 to October 2014 and as a Developmental Specialist at Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc from May 2012 to March 2013.

Alicia Aquino, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. Prior to their university education, they received a High School Diploma from Worcester Academy in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Alicia has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional development. Alicia obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2022. Alicia also holds certifications such as Situational Leadership: Building Leaders Certification from The Center for Leadership Studies (obtained in September 2022), Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn (obtained in December 2021), Inclusive Managers Certificate from Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce (obtained in June 2021), Transformational DEI Certificate from Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce (obtained in November 2020), and Event Management Certificate from Cvent (obtained in June 2020).
