B Chandrashekhar, PhD, is an accomplished Lead Scientist at The Catalysts Group since June 2016, specializing in managing scientific research and development projects while overseeing a team of researchers. Expertise includes designing experiments, developing new products, and evaluating product efficacy and safety, with a focus on biological and chemical wastewater treatment, alcohol fermentation, and biochemical engineering. Prior experience as a Senior Research Fellow at the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute involved leading projects funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, focused on the mitigation of nitrogen oxides. B Chandrashekhar holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from VIT University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Raipur Institute of Technology.
