Guillaume Schaller

Guillaume Schaller is a Lead Data Scientist at Cure51 since June 2025, focusing on developing AI-based tools for oncology research. Previously, as a Senior Data Scientist at Shift Technology from May 2022 to June 2025, Guillaume implemented data ingestion features and ML-based fraud detection scenarios for US clients. At LittleBigCode from September 2020 to May 2022, contributions included developing data pipelines on GCP and machine learning applications to assist Servier's drug repurposing efforts. An NLP research intern at InstaDeep Ltd in 2020, Guillaume conducted research on self-supervised learning for protein modeling. Additional experience includes internships at GE Healthcare and Upskills, founding Orgaz, and serving as a Chef d'agrès with the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris. Guillaume holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London and a degree in mechanical engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
