Jillian Klein has a diverse work experience in the catering and events industry. Jillian started their career as a Director of Catering at Downtown Kitchen in 2007, eventually moving on to roles such as Catering Sales Manager at Millesime at the Carlton Hotel in 2011. Throughout their career, they held various leadership positions at Deborah Miller Catering & Events, including Director of Catering, Director of Operations, and Head of Sales. Jillian also served as the Director of Events at Il Buco and most recently as the Executive Director of Sales and Production for Off Premise at The Catered Affair. Jillian Klein's experience demonstrates a strong background in sales, operations, and event management within the hospitality industry.

Jillian Klein attended Tulane University from 2003 to 2007, earning a BA in Art History and Psychology.
