Chinmay Adhikari

Chinmay Adhikari is a seasoned Senior HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in the Financial Services and BPO sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CSB Bank Limited since September 2024, Chinmay previously held the same title at Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd. from December 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that role, Chinmay was the President of Human Capital Management at YES BANK and has also worked in senior HR positions at L&T Finance Holdings Ltd., HDFC Bank, WNS, eFunds International India Pvt Ltd, Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited, and EmmayHR. Chinmay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Rizvi Management Institutes, completed in 2000.
