Dale Young

Dale Young is currently the Vice President at The Cavaliers, but they have held many other impressive titles and positions throughout their career. Dale started at Isidore Partners LLC in August 2021 as an Executive Partner. At Isidore Partners, Dale focused on capabilities, solutions, and partner channel growth while also providing advisory services to client programs and teams. After only a few short months at Isidore Partners, Dale moved on to Avanade in February 2017 where they took on the role of Senior Vice President.

At Avanade, Dale was responsible for Business Transformation, Integrated Sales Strategy, and Client Program Delivery. Dale quickly proved himself as a valuable asset to the company and was promoted to Growth Manager / Strategy Leader over all of North America. In this role, Dale was responsible for alignment of go-to-market solutions, channel management, and client engagement. Eventually, Dale presided over client business transformations and a large portfolio for the manufacturing business segment.

Under Dale’s leadership, the Business Transformation team achieved 100% YoY growth and set the foundation for a now $100M+ Microsoft Dynamics practice. Dale also paved the way for successful client business pivots and led parallel programs to align owners and C-level executives on key offerings such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Teams.

In the Integrated Sales Strategy role, Dale led the expansion of Microsoft Channel Management organization and drove new cross platform capabilities offering strategy to align Data and Artificial Intelligence

Dale Young's educational career includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University as well as attending Highlands High School in Ft. Thomas, KY.
