Scott Rowan

Scott Rowan is an Associate Attorney at The Cavanagh Law Firm, having held this position since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Law Clerk and Articles Editor for the UCLA Pacific Basin Law Journal. Additional experience consists of summer law clerk work at the Law Offices of Michael K. Lanning and serving as a Legal Advocate at the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center Law Clinic. Prior to legal roles, Scott Rowan was involved as a Legal Volunteer at El Centro Legal and held various positions at Brigham Young University, including Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. Scott Rowan obtained a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
