Masha Katz Baer

Masha Katz Baer currently serves as the Deputy Director of Development at the Center for Constitutional Rights, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Masha was the Director of Individual Giving and Board Liaison at Physicians for Human Rights from June 2020 to April 2023. Masha's extensive experience in individual giving includes various roles at the Innocence Project from January 2016 to June 2020, where titles included Individual Giving Director, Assistant Director of Individual Giving, and Manager of Individual Giving. Additional experience includes a consulting position at the Urgent Action Fund for Women's Human Rights and positions at American Jewish World Service (AJWS), where Masha advanced from Program Officer to Senior Program Officer from October 2007 to August 2015. Masha's academic background includes a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Oregon.
