Lisa Pinfield MA FCMI CMgr MCIPD has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Group Director of Performance & Development at Capita since September 2014. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Capita, including Group Head of Talent & Succession and Learning Client Partner, as well as serving as Learning and Development Manager at Service Birmingham from June 2013 to September 2014. Lisa's early career included positions as an Organisational Development Consultant and Recruitment Manager at Capita, following a foundational role as a Business Apprentice at MG Rover. Lisa holds an MA in Leadership from Henley Business School, earned in 2023, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Solihull College.
