Kathy F. Turner

Kathy F. Turner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over two decades of experience in the field of human resources. Kathy F. currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at The Cedars of Chapel Hill, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to this, Kathy served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Cape Fear Community College from April 2020 to June 2021. From December 2011 to April 2020, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Galloway Ridge at Fearrington. Kathy also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Lee Electrical Construction Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Steelcase from 1996 to 2008.

In addition, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2004, and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources in April 2015.
