Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is a seasoned professional in the sales and events industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at The Celtic Collection since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Sales Manager at the Adelaide Convention Centre from May 2019 to August 2021, and has also served as Director of Sales at Accor and Head of Event Sales at Celtic Manor Resort. Rachel began their career as an Events Coordinator at Celtic Manor Resort and has accumulated extensive experience as an Event Sales Manager at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies and Leisure and Sport from the University of Brighton.
