Mike Marchand

Mike Marchand served as the President of The Center for American and International Law. Prior to this role, Marchand held the position of Judge Advocate General's Corps in the U.S. Army from January 1974 to July 2005, eventually becoming the Assistant Judge Advocate General from 2002 to 2005. Marchand obtained their Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota in 1973.
