Juliana Soltys is a skilled professional with extensive experience in volunteer coordination and community engagement. Currently serving as the Volunteer & Soup Kitchen Operations Manager at Haley House since May 2023, Juliana coordinates a diverse volunteer program and collaborates with the Development and Operations teams to enhance volunteer experiences. Juliana also manages the Somerville Winter Farmers Market at The Center for Arts at the Armory, overseeing vendor recruitment and community initiatives. Previous roles include School Gardens Manager at Groundwork Somerville and several positions at the Rhode Island School of Design, including Teaching Assistant and Design Education Coordinator. Juliana holds a Master of Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Arts at the Armory seeks to galvanize the creative spirit by providing a space where working artists and the community can come together. Recognizing that art can bridge cultural, class and generational divides, Arts at the Armory showcases a wide range of visual arts, dance, theater and musical performances. It also provides studio spaces for artists, a cafe, galleries, two live/work artists units, two performance spaces, and offices for arts organizations.
