Laura Emma Potts, Ed.D, FACHE has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration. Laura Emma is currently working as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle at US Wound Care & Hyperbaric Centers. Laura Emma also held the position of Senior Consultant at The Oncology Group, where they specialized in strategic planning, program planning, market analysis, and physician participation. Laura has also worked at Cook Children's Health Care System as a CBO Process Improvement and Project Manager, Texas Oncology as a Practice Administrator, and the University of North Texas as the Director of Revenue Cycle. Laura Emma started their career as the Executive Director of the Baptist Cancer Center at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Laura Emma Potts, Ed.D, FACHE has an extensive education history. Laura Emma obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and French from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK from 1968 to 1972. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University from 1978 to 1980. Finally, they achieved a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, completing their education journey from 1985 to 1990.

In addition to their educational background, Laura Emma Potts also holds a certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) as a Fellow (FACHE), which they obtained in January 2014.
