Esther Tan

Esther Tan is a seasoned professional in donor management and education, currently serving as Donor Impact Manager at the Center for Child Protection since September 2018. In this role, Esther supervises staff, enhances data quality, and collaborates with various departments to improve community engagement. Previous positions include Development Database Manager and Donor Database Associate, where Esther oversaw database management and reported on donor trends. Esther's teaching experience spans multiple grades, including positions as a 6th Grade Teacher and a 5th/6th Grade Literacy Teacher, focusing on curriculum development and personalized student interventions. Esther also contributed as an academic advisor with Breakthrough Austin and has a background in public health research from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
