Brooks Shaffer is a seasoned professional in environmental policy and sustainability, currently serving as the Methane Mitigation Program Manager at CCAP since August 2022, focusing on initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, Brooks was an International Policy Analyst at the Center for Clean Air Policy from 2014 to 2019, where significant contributions included producing analyses for sustainable projects, engaging with high-level officials across Latin America and Kenya, and supporting funding applications from the Green Climate Fund. Additionally, Brooks has consulted for international organizations at Earthmind and coordinated biodiversity trade activities at ICTSD.
