Marissa G. Donnelly has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Political Fundraiser for Re-Elect Bill Finch until September 2015. In June 2015, they joined The Center for Family Justice as Director Of Development until December 2017. From January 2018 to August 2020, Marissa served as the Director of Community Relations + Expansion at Adam J. Lewis Preschool. In August 2020, they became a Development Consultant for THE INTERNATIONAL FOCUSING INSTITUTE INC until August 2021. Currently, since May 2022, Marissa holds the position of Director of Impact and Strategy at The Center for Family Justice.

Marissa G. Donnelly received their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from Northeastern University, which they attended from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at Purdue Global, where they completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2020 to 2022.
