Dawn L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, program management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief of Program Operations for the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) at The Center for Global Enterprise, Dawn has successfully led initiatives that empower women entrepreneurs across Africa, resulting in significant economic contributions and increased access to mentoring. Previous roles include leadership at Girls In Tech, where Dawn co-led the Boston Chapter's relaunch, and a decade of impactful service at Codman Academy Charter Public School, where operational strategies were implemented to triple student enrollment and secure substantial funding. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and an MBA in Social Impact from Boston University, reflecting a strong academic foundation in political science and gender studies.
