The Client and Support Services team at The Center for Health Affairs focuses on delivering exceptional client support and enhancing client relationships. This team addresses client inquiries, manages accounts, coordinates programs, and supports vendor relationships, especially within the CHAMPS Group Purchasing Organization. They also ensure seamless operation through field service and help desk support, with a particular emphasis on emergency preparedness and tailored client services, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and satisfaction of member hospitals in Northeast Ohio.
