Theodore Mote is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Help Desk Support Specialist at The Center for Health Affairs since March 2023. Prior to this role, Theodore worked as a PC Technician at PC Parts Ohio from November 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included diagnosing hardware and software issues, repairing computer hardware, and preparing systems for new users. From 2015 to 2022, Theodore gained valuable customer service skills as a Courier at Major Ground Express, achieving high service percentages and maintaining strong customer relationships. Theodore holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation from Full Sail University, completed in June 2009.
