Epres Grace has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked at Highmark Inc. as a Credentialing Analyst, where they audited credentialing files, coordinated reports, and implemented policies. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Practice Administrator at R. Denobrega Medical Services, managing day-to-day operations, creating operational manuals, and streamlining workflows. In 2020, they became a Licensed Insurance Agent at MAF Financial & Insurance Services, setting appointments, educating customers, and discussing financial needs. In 2021, they joined Leaving Legacy Management Group, LLC as an Account Manager, identifying insurance needs, conducting client on-boarding, and managing databases. Currently, Epres works as a Team Lead Patient Financial Service Representative at The Center for Health Care Services, where the start date is 2022.
Epres Grace obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Delaware State University in 2006.
