Tremaine Butler

Tremaine Butler currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Touchstone Communities, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Tremaine was the Chief Information Officer at The Center for Health Care Services from January 2014 to September 2024, where responsibilities included shaping the vision and leadership of the Technology program and directing enterprise IT systems to support business operations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Technology at Texas Tech Health Science Center from July 2004 to December 2013. Tremaine Butler holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Texas Christian University and The University of Texas Permian Basin.
