Venisa Saenz

Venisa Saenz is an accomplished governance professional with extensive experience in operational planning and management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Center for Health Care Services since October 2022, Venisa previously held the position of Executive Operational Planning Manager at USAA from November 2017 to October 2022, where multi-level support to the Board of Directors was provided. Prior experience includes roles at the City of San Antonio, including Sr. Management Analyst, where responsibilities included contract management and serving as a liaison to the City Council and City Manager's Office. Additional experience encompasses various roles for Councilman Art A. Hall from 2005 to 2007, including Council Aide and Special Projects Manager. Venisa Saenz holds a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
